practicing heart openers to remind myself to drop the ego and humble myself. lose the judgements but value my vulnerabilities, even when my chest hangs low in my side plank. to use my voice but drop the insecurity. it’s my intention to simply arrive on the mat and letting go of perfection is still the hardest part for me. I need to accept that.
